Cliff Beck Obituary, Death Cause – On September 27, 2023, Cliff Beck, who had a very young age for his time on earth, departed this world. We must break the news to you with heavy hearts that he has passed away; we are deeply sorry about this. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and coworker. He was also a wonderful colleague. He was wonderful in every role he performed. Before he started a career that required him to certify runways all over the world, he worked as a navigator and instructor for the Royal Canadian Air Force and, later, for Pacific Western.

In both of these positions, he traveled the world. He will be sorely missed, but we will carry his memory with us always and treasure the time we spent with him. The death of Cliff was easy, and we find solace in the knowledge that he is “home” once more, surrounded by his loved ones. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to Dr. Patricia Johnson and the wonderful staff at Cumberland Lodge for all of the help, love, and care that they provided to a loved one of ours while he was residing there. Specifically, we would like to thank them for their support during our loved one’s recovery.
We will soon be making a public statement on a celebration of life, and we plan to provide those who are unable to attend with the opportunity to watch a live broadcast of the event. If you would like to pay your respects to Cliff’s memory, we ask that you not send flowers but rather make a donation to the local SPCA or another foundation of your choosing in lieu of sending flowers. Cliff was a devoted animal advocate who had a great concern for the welfare of all kinds of creatures.
