Steven Koecher seemingly disappeared in broad daylight. Lots of theories but 10 years later there hasn't been any progress in solving the case.

Blair Adams
Guy goes on the run from British Columbia for no reason and winds up murdered in Tennessee. Sounds like he might have been showing signs of schizophrenia but there are so many weird details in the case it's hard to say for certain.
