With a $90 million net worth, it's no wonder that Real Housewives star Lisa Vanderpump can afford to live in the house of her dreams. Vanderpump and Ken Todd got married in 1982 and fans of RHOBH miss seeing the sweet couple with their adorable dogs.
Fans are eager to know which stars dine at Vanderpump's restaurants as they're definitely places to see and be seen. But the coolest place where this reality star spends her time? Her home in Beverly Hills, Villa Rosa. Let's take a look inside this beautiful mansion.
All About Villa Rosa
Vanderpump has faced tough times recently, from her mom passing away to her decision to leave RHOBH after being on it since the start. Fans miss her on the series and also loved watching her entertain in her absolutely stunning home.
Vanderpump moved into Villa Rosa in 2011 and purchased it for $12 million. It's 10,000 square feet, and if that sounds like a lot, it's true that Vanderpump actually lived in a much bigger home before that. She and Todd used to live in a house that was 70,000 square feet.
Vanderpump shared that she's a fan of "neutrals." According to Thesun.co.uk, she said, "I like a neutral palette. People think that I like pink and yes, my bedroom is a little bit pink but for the most part, it’s a neutral palette with roses and flowers and accents.”
Fans will recall watching the other cast members on RHOBH walking up to Vanderpump's front door and being amazed at how gorgeous the views were. The front of the house has a truly magical and whimsical feeling. Besides the amazing entryway, the exterior of the property also features an adorable area for Vanderpump's ponies, who are named Rosé and Diamonds. Before anyone even walks into the home, they will see gates that say "Villa" and "Rosa," according to Bravo TV.
Leahsdormdiaries.blogspot.com mentions that there are two swans outside the house, which fans might recall from the show. Once people walk into the home, they will find an entryway that has a zebra rug and a baby grand piano.
The Living Areas And Kitchen
According to The Sun, Vanderpump paid $300,000 for a kitchen renovation. She said, “My new kitchen is off the hook. I hated the other kitchen, it was dark and I felt a little depressed in there after what I went through last year. So we ripped that out and have this white, silver, sparkling kitchen with beautiful chandeliers is just fabulous.”
Vanderpump shared how much she loves her home on her website, Very Vanderpump. She wrote, "Every morning I wake up and look over the incredibly lush and isolated valley below my windows and I can't help feeling happy, humbled and grateful. Villa Rosa is a lush oasis, nestled into the rolling rises of Beverly Hills - it feels like it's in the middle of the countryside and yet it's only 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the town below."
Her living room is fancy and sophisticated, with many seating areas, from two white couches to several elegant armchairs. There are plenty of objects that add visual interest, such as chandeliers, paintings, and candlesticks. According to Bravo TV, the windows are floor-to-ceiling. As it turns out, Vanderpump has three different areas to chill out at home or have people over: besides the living room, there are two sitting rooms.

Look At That Closet
When people learn that someone lives in a $12 million house, there's one question on their minds: what is the closet like? Of course, Vanderpump's closet doesn't disappoint, as it's massive. There are enough shelves for her many pairs of beautiful shoes, along with two islands that not only look clean and crisp but provide a lot of storage, too.
According to Glamour.com, Vanderpump doesn't keep any of her jewelry hidden away as she puts it out on the top of these incredible islands. Bravo TV says that Vanderpump's husband also has his own closet.
Off the huge closet is the master bedroom which features a balcony and chairs that are gold and pink (and fans would expect nothing less of the reality star, who is famous for loving the color pink).
