Is there active serial killer in Chicago targeting lone, drunk men?

There’s this guy on TikTok absolutely convinced there’s one or more serial killers targeting lone, usually drunk men in Chicago, Minneapolis and Austin. His videos are fascinating in that he goes into great detail to illustrate the pattern but Police don’t seem interested. Yet. There are others in other states also connecting various dots to multiple similar cases.

Personally I think the fact that most of these drunk men end up in nearby bodies of water means the blindingly obvious; they’re drunk and fall in and drown. It’s tragic but happens. I don’t think there’s a serial killer doing this. What does DL think?

Of course, a serial killer trying to get people to notice him would have the perfect outlet on TikTok, posing as a concerned citizen! 🤭

That smiley face killer thing, real or not, has always creeped me out.

Schizophrenics and other delusional people become fixated on patterns, they see them in everything. People dying accidentally doesn't tend to get media coverage. Accidents in general are the #4 cause of death in the US, and being murdered is extremely unlikely to happen even in an area with a relatively high murder rate.

Definitely a killer or killers on the loose in Chicago. No way are that many drunk men, gay and straight, alone and falling into Lake Michigan. Ridiculous premise.
