Jordan Peterson is somewhat scary

There is something about him I don’t like . He’s a bully many times and I suspect is autistic.

Both Peterson and Ben Shapiro come across as total pussies. Whiny. Weak. I'm shocked that so many bros are drawn to either. Bros usually go for wannabe alphas like Rogan or Alex Jones.

Jordan is not masculine in the least

R4 I think the more "intellectual" (or aspiring intellectual) types gravitate toward Peterson and Shapiro because they are both highly-educated and people see them more as authority figures because of it. Joe Rogan, on the other hand, is a stoner and drug addict, while Alex Jones is more or less a rightwing showman and vitamin peddler.

He has the dorkiest Canadian accent.

He markets himself as this great intellectual, but his idea of a logical argument is that legal abortion in the first trimester, and subject to limits in the second, means "abortions for everyone."

I think he's just brain-damaged from being hooked on benzos for 20+ years before deciding the best way to kick was to get himself induced into a week-long coma in some sketchy Russian medical facility because he was too much of a pussy to be awake through detox/withdrawal and do any sort of self-introspection whatsoever. Plus he eats nothing but meat so he's probably constipated all the time and has stiff arteries. I personally think he still uses drugs or at least drinks because of the way he either breaks down and sobs or rages out in every other interview.

He's a very messed up guy and has no business as a "thought leader." His main audience is young male losers and they love him because he supports their belief that women are the cause of all their failures.

I don't think he's autistic but there's something quite off about him these days - especially after his severe medical issues of the past few years. I suspect he's suffered some brain damage over that time. His personality has gotten more severe (that's the first word that comes to mind).

I also think he's been given a very raw deal by his detractors and an insane out of all proportion level of unhinged hatred in reaction to his fairly banal though somewhat wackily expressed pronouncements.

If anyone wants a bit of comedy look at his interview with Temple Grandin. She wipes the floor with him, drags him, for his need to continually interrupt her and say that the problem is females working at universities which causes the universities to be worthless. He then derails into encouraging people to learn trades rather than professions. Grandin tells him that she refuses to discuss political or controversial topics, only scientific research.

Someone commented that it must have been great to interview such an intelligent person. He highlighted the comment and stated something to the effect of “Are you fixated on superiority?” and then the comment disappears. What a psycho!

All that means is he's not even really in recovery. He's white-knuckling it -- assuming he's not back on the benzos -- and it shows. Boy does it show.
