MSNBC on Xfinity streaming

Has anyone noticed that the channel disappeared earlier today? What’s going on?

I would be thankful for any input. Xfinity customer service is useless. Has MSNBC been moved to a new , more expensive package?

Xfinity streaming? Is that the app?

I'm streaming it now on my computer, through the Xfinity website.

OP, make sure you're signed into the app with the correct Xfinity ID associated with the account that subscribes to a package that includes that channel. My cousin ran into this missing channels problem on the stream app but it turned out she was accidentally signed with the wrong Xfinity ID (on her mom's account who has a different TV package).

I have, R3. Now CNN has disappeared. Something is wrong here in Western Mass. I’ll be calling Xfinity again tomorrow. I’m flummoxed.

I'm in California, MSNBC is still in my Xfinity Stream channel lineup right now.

I stream MSNBC daily on my iPad, using the MSNBC app and my Xfinity credentials. No issues today.
