Here's a recent photo, posted on Instagram 2 days ago. In this and other recent posts he appears to have regained some weight and lost the comparatively gaunt look of a year and a half ago that bothered some posters.

He was big into the CrossFit cult for some years. I assume that the 2022 photos show him at the point of having lost some significant part of that sort of bulk and muscle that required every day to build and maintain. It's a contrast before and after, but I didn't think he looked bad leaner except perhaps by comparison, though I would also say he does look more hale and hearty in the more recent pics.

In any case, he is only now annoucing an engagement, a year-and-a-half since his earlier announcement of having found love.
