Silvana Mojica is ready to move on.
The influencer, who split from Dave Portnoy last month, revealed she’s still reeling from the breakup in a new TikTok video.
“I’ve been crying — surprise, surprise,” Mojica, 28, quipped in the vlog, posted Wednesday.
“I’ve been having panic attacks every single day at one in the morning and I can’t go to bed until four,” she added.
“I just really need to get the f–k out of this house.”
Fans were quick to throw their support behind the influencer, who confirmed she and Portnoy called it quits ahead of Thanksgiving.
“I started watching Christmas movies every time I have this early morning panic attacks. You’ll get through this🥰,” one follower wrote.
Mojica responded, “omg will try this! thank you so much 🥹.”
Elsewhere in the video, Mojica was seen packing up her belongings in the home she shared with the Barstool Sports founder.
“I move out Friday 🫶🏽,” she wrote on TikTok, after confirming she was apartment hunting in Miami.
Late last month, Portnoy, 46, broke his silence to share his side of the breakup.
“We were dating for three years, and I guess you get to a point where you think maybe there’s a difference in what somebody wants and what the other person wants,” he said on his “BFFs” podcast.
“Without going into too much detail, I just didn’t think I could give Silvana kind of what she deserves. She’s so beautiful, she’s funny, she’s smart, she’s all these things,” he continued.
The controversial media mogul insisted he was also grappling with the “s–tty situation,” despite being the one to break off the relationship.

“I lost my best friend as well,” Portnoy said, noting that he still “loves” his ex and is “very concerned [with] what happens to her.”
Mojica initially hinted at the split when she shared an emotional TikTok video of herself crying while sifting through items she had bought for her now-ex-boyfriend.
Portnoy later confirmed to Page Six exclusively that the couple had indeed gone their separate ways more than two years after they started dating.
The duo first sparked romance rumors in March 2021 and weren’t shy about packing on the PDA until they made their last public appearance at a red carpet event this October.
Before their relationship, the podcast host was married to Renee Portnoy from 2009 to 2017.
