Have you tried a normal shoe repairs place?
That problem is common in all the converse shoes I have =_= I think it's basically a piece of really hard plastic/ card which scrapes the back of the foot =_=
Shoe > sock = holes at the back of my socks >_>
If all else fails, stick something over it?
