Who is the Ron Filipkowski Troll?

There's a guy on here that always seems to post tweets from this Ron Filipkowski...it is like he is obsessed with this guy. Like he is the truth on all subjects!? He isn't even attractive! WHAT GIVES?

Ron Flipowski is a prodigious tweeter. Lots and lots of tweets, so if you follow him you’re going to see a lot of his tweets. My Twitter is dominated by maybe 10 posters, even though I follow hundreds. It’s like Seinfeld. You know all the characters - Poppy, Soup Nazi, Uncle Leo, Susan, Sue Ellen Mischke, Mr Pitman, Jackie Chiles. But you see Jerry, George, Kramer and Elaine more than anyone else.
