Recently, makeup trends have taken over the app, specifically Madison Beer's go-to makeup routine. 7 She Prepare's Her Skin Before Makeup
Madison Beer begin's her viral makeup routine by thoroughly cleansing her skin. She discusses in her Beauty Secrets episode with Vogue, her struggles with cystic acne at nineteen-years old. She states she was "really insecure about it" but now that the acne has cleared up, she's happy she found something that works for her.
Beer then presses a toner into her skin with her hands and follows the toner with a rose quartz jade roller to "de-puff" her skin. In the last step of her skin prep, Madison applies moisturizer, a facial spray and an eye cream to lock in any needed moisture prior to makeup.

Once Beer's skin is properly cleansed and moisturized, she goes straight into her go-to makeup routine. Prior to her makeup routine taking over TikTok, a technique she uses in her routine took over the platform as well.
