She did great as the rebellious teen during Roseanne’s original run. The episode where she gets drunk while Dan and Roseanne are out of town and the one where she and Roseanne are sniping at each other when Becky doesn’t want to follow her rules. She really nailed the nasty 14-year old girl persona I remember from my youth.
She was also excellent in the scenes where she finds out she doesn’t have a college fund and Dan’s failed bike shop means she won’t be able to move on after graduation. I love that the show wasn’t afraid to go to those difficult places and Lecy played them beautifully.

Lecy is fun on The Connors......but I don't watch the show much because John Goodman looks so bad, Sara Gilbert is a cunt, and the kids playing her kids are terrible.
And I don't think they film in front of a live audience anymore - the laugh track is annoying.
Laurie Metcalfe seems to be there just for the money.....so Lecy gets the gold star.

I loved Lecy's performance on the original Roseanne. It was really natural and unaffected. Unfortunately, I find her quite hammy on The Connors.
